Ordering
Is there a minimum order?
Order as few as 10 cards. Cards come in packs of 10, and you can mix and match as many designs as you like. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
How much do cards cost?
Each pack of 10 is $11.80 ($1.18 a card). Bigger orders save more: 100 cards are $99 ($0.99 a card) and 150 cards are $139 ($0.93 a card). Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more, and $8.95 below that.
How do I reorder?
Sign in and go to Reorder (also in your account menu). You'll see every design you've ordered with your logo and details already on it. Pick how many packs and check out. Want a new design? Open it and click Personalize.

What logo file should I upload?
A PNG or PDF at least 1000 pixels wide works best. Logos on a white background blend right into the card's white logo area.
Will I see my card before I pay?
Yes. You'll see a live preview with your logo and contact info, and you approve it before checkout.
What if my logo looks blurry?
Check the preview closely before you approve it. If a sharper file would print better, upload a larger PNG or PDF. Questions? Contact us before you order and we'll take a look.
Can I use any logo?
Only logos you have the right to use, like your own community's logo. By ordering, you confirm you have permission to print it.
Shipping
How fast will my cards arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 6–8 business days. Order about two weeks before your drop-off so your cards arrive in time. Mail runs slower in November and December, so allow a few extra days during the holidays.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship within the United States.
Drop-offs
What's a pop-by card?
A small card you attach to a treat when you visit referral partners like case managers, discharge planners, and physician offices. Every design lists a treat to pair it with.
When should I order?
About two weeks before your drop-off, so your cards arrive in time.
