Terms of service
These terms apply when you use donutforgetus.com or place an order. Donut Forget Us is operated by Allyance Properties, LLC, a Georgia company ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products. We sell personalized printed cards for business marketing. Each order is printed to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you.
2. Your content. When you upload a logo or enter text, you confirm that:
- You own the logo, names, and other content, or you have permission from the owner to print it for this purpose.
- Printing your content doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights.
You give us permission to use your content only to produce and ship your order. We don't use your logo for anything else without asking you first.
3. Content we won't print. We can refuse or cancel any order with content that's unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive. If we cancel an order for this reason, we'll refund you in full.
4. Your responsibility. You're responsible for reviewing your personalized card before you order, including spelling, contact details, and how your logo looks. See our Refund policy for what we can and can't reprint.
5. Prices and payment. Prices are listed in US dollars and can change at any time. Changes don't affect orders already placed. Volume pricing is applied automatically at checkout. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout.
6. Colors and appearance. Screens show colors differently than paper, so printed colors may vary slightly from what you see online. Product photos are examples.
7. Our designs. The card artwork, wording, and site content belong to Donut Forget Us. You may hand out the cards you buy for your business. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs.
8. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed events, lost business, or delays outside our control.
9. You agree to cover claims about your content. If someone makes a claim against us because of content you provided (for example, a logo you didn't have the right to use), you agree to cover our reasonable costs from that claim.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
11. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
